Richard Karnuth is a project estimator and superintendent with over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He has been an integral part of construction management in downtown Fort Worth for the past 20 years. He is responsible for the estimating, project management and supervising of the majority of Scott Dennett Construction projects in Sundance Square. |

Pete Peters |

Charles Peters is a Superintendent with over 20 years of leadership and management experience through his work experience in the United States Navy. He retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer with an exemplary record. He serves as superintendent for various projects in and out of the downtown area.
